🌎 North Texas Community Cleanup Challenge
The North Texas Community Cleanup Challenge is a regional initiative encouraging communities to take action against litter and keep North Texas clean ahead of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and beyond.
From March through May 2026, individuals, organizations, and businesses can host cleanups or log ongoing efforts. Participation from all groups—students, residents, and local leaders—is encouraged.

Help make a difference by organizing a cleanup in your neighborhood, park, or local community space.
Hosting a cleanup is a great way to bring people together to reduce litter, protect the environment, and improve public spaces.
Visit your local Parks and Recreation department for more information on hosting a cleanup and getting involved in community beautification efforts.

Green My Restaurant Assessment Tool
Businesses looking to explore sustainability can start with the Green My Restaurant online assessment tool. This quick, introductory tool allows restaurants to answer a series of questions and receive an estimate of how many GreenPoints™ they could earn toward becoming a Certified Green Restaurant®.
While this is not the full certification process, it provides a helpful starting point for understanding sustainable practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
